Ashley hopes to help people believe that God loves them, sees them, and that it's never too late for God to show up with miracles, power, healing, and grace over our lives and to remind them there is hope and peace in the midst of suffering and to believe miracles are possible for those who are hurting and need refuge and healing.
Noted businesswoman, author, and nationally recognized speaker Edie Hand added, "Ashley Gronholm is a gifted singer. She knows how to tell a story through her music. This song, along with Karen Waldron, was first introduced and written by a team for a television film co-hosted by country music legend Ronnie McDowell and myself to raise awareness and funds for kids with Cancer. Ashley knocked it out of the park. "A Miracle in me" stirred my soul then, and it will be yours today."
Ashley shared, "At the time we wrote this song, these lyrics came effortlessly and felt like a prayer flowing right out of my suffering and life challenges. I felt Jesus was speaking directly to me to sing it out as a declaration of faith at a time in my life when I needed hope and courage from God."
"Fear can't keep me in this valley
The weight of doubt won't hold me down
Someone's out there watching over me
And I'll rest in the peace I have found
'Cause I believe in miracles
And I have seen what the power of love can do
And prayers keep me hanging on
And hope, hope will see me through
I walk in faith and trust in things
That I can't even see
Cause I believe
There's a miracle in me
Nothing in this world can break me
But I've come close a time or two
I've felt the storms before the healing
Oh, those storms they lead me straight to you
Now I believe in miracles
And I have seen what the power of love can do
And prayers keep me hanging on
And hope, hope will see me through
I walk in faith and trust in things
That I can't even see
'Cause I believe there's a miracle in me..."
