Here Are the Lyrics to Josh Baldwin's "Prince of Peace"

Bethel Music's Josh Baldwin's new song "Prince of Peace" is a highlight track from his new album MADE FOR MORE. Written by Baldwin, Hank Bentley, Ben Fielding, the song speaks about how Jesus changes us. Listen to the song HERE.
"This album has been such an important project for me," says Baldwin. "What I love most about it is that all of these songs came out of different seasons my family and I have been and are still walking through--calling on the Lord to be our help and our Prince of Peace through all of the ups and downs of life. These songs are anthems that I've been singing over myself and my family, reminding myself who the Lord is in me and who He's called me to be. The heart of this album, and my heart for every person who listens, is that they would be reminded that they've been redeemed and called by name."
VERSE 1
I've been walking by troubled waters
Here in the shadow all alone
And I've been worried about tomorrow
Stuck in a world I can't control
CHORUS
And I met You as a Savior
I've found in You a friend
I've seen You as a healer
My help and my defense
God You've been my provider
But right now what I need
Is You to be
My Prince of Peace
Come and be
My Prince of Peace
VERSE 2
And I've been wrestling with my demons
Fighting a war inside my mind
I've been swallowed by all my problems
I just wanna leave them all behind
CHORUS
'Cause I met You as a Savior
I've found in You a friend
I've seen You as a healer
My help and my defense
God You've been my provider
But right now what I need
Is You to be
My Prince of Peace
Come and be
My Prince of Peace
BRIDGE
Peace like a river flow
Peace like a river flow
Peace like a river flow
Peace like a river flow
CHORUS
'Cause I met You as a Savior
I've found in You a friend
I've seen You as a healer
My help and my defense
God You've been my provider
But right now what I need
Is You to be
My Prince of Peace
Come and be
My Prince of Peace
