Heartaches and family, Grey’s Anatomy is set to return for its eleventh season
Series creator Shonda Rhimes of the high-rating show 'Grey's Anatomy' have been providing excited fans and the media of the juiciest spoilers about the show. Hence, the internet is now packed with theories and information of what the fans could expect when it returns on-air for its eleventh season. Here are some of them:
According to Rhimes, fans who have wept over the death of Lexie Grey will find themselves lost down in memory lane as they watch the show. Also, she dishes out that the center of the show will be one half of the BFFs from the first season. Meredith will be having the spotlight as we watch her grieve over the loss of her half sister, as well as cope up with her Christina-separation anxiety. Regardless to say, next season will be quite tough for her.
Many things are bound to change on the next season, a different vibe from where it ended. As we are to remember from the finale of the tenth season, we were overwhelmed with so much emotion that it was just so heartbreaking. With the surprising twist of finding out that Meredith and Maggie are sisters, well half, who's to say what will happen next.
Just to make it clear, there will not be any time jump when the show returns on September. It will be picking up right where it left off, so we better schedule a marathon again just before the show's airing to get that vibe again. Maggie's layered storyline will be unfolded one by one through each episode and we are just as intrigued as you are about what impact does her new spotlight going to bring upon the show.
Grey's Anatomy will start airing its eleventh season on September 25.
